PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS
WardlaLAartridge offers a robust Performing Arts program including general music, band, choir, theatrical plays and musicals, private music lessons and dance. In the Visual Arts, our students work with skilled, experienced faculty members in dedicated art spaces to develop their talents and explore their creativity.

Students Love Jazz at Lincoln Center

On Friday, Oct. 4, the Upper School and Middle School jazz bands, along with the eighth grade class, went to see an educational jazz performance by Jazz at Lincoln Center at Rose Theater in New York City.

The event was hosted by jazz trumpeter Sean Jones and the performance was about the life and music of the great jazz pianist and composer Chick Corea. Students and chaperones alike enjoyed this wonderful experience.
