Ms. Gale Goldman's Art classes recognized Art Appreciation Month with a discussion of a Rococo (1725-1730) painting by Venetian painter Giovanni Battista Tiepolo and wrote "I Am" poems in the voice of their chosen character within the painting, Queen Zenobia Addressing Her Soldiers. This painting is housed in our National Gallery in Washington D.C. It is monumental in size, over 12 feet wide and 8.5 feet tall.
