A MESSAGE FROM OUR LOWER SCHOOL HEAD |
|
|
| JohnEric Advento, Lower School Head, discusses the importance of innovation in preparing students for the future in his April blog post. Below is an excerpt:
In this month’s Lower School Head Coffee and Conversation, I am interested in running a workshop to unpack the buzzword “Innovation” with our parent community. I am keen to hear our community’s thoughts on innovation in schools.
If we consider the definition of innovation to be the introduction of new ideas, methods, or products, then in the context of education, innovation means exploring new and creative ways to teach and learn, utilizing technology and other resources to enhance the educational experience. |

Coming off two straight undefeated state championship seasons, the Rams served notice that they will be a force again this spring with a dominant performance against a strong field of opponents, defeating runner-up Blair Academy by 26 strokes. Junior Sarah Shao ’24 fired a scintillating two-under-par round of 71 to capture first place individual honors. Sarah was the only player to shoot under par and she defeated the defending champion to lead the Rams. |
