Breakout session 2 included Overcoming Stress, Anxiety and Burnout, Best Practices for Introverted Students and Teachers, Creating with Canva, In the Kitchen: Meal Prep and Utilizing Leftovers, and Archery.

The afternoon consisted of division and department meetings and wrapped up with Individual Self-Care options including First Aid/CPR Training and desserts and snacks in the AP Room.
