PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS
WardlaLAartridge offers a robust Performing Arts program including general music, band, choir, theatrical plays and musicals, private music lessons and dance. In the Visual Arts, our students work with skilled, experienced faculty members in dedicated art spaces to develop their talents and explore their creativity.

Upper School Athletes of the Week - April 18

Mike Romeo, Athletic Director, announced the first Upper School Athletes of the Week of the spring season. Congratulations to baseball player Aryan Nair ’26 and golfer Sarah Shao ’24.

Aryan has been a force so far this season pitching and hitting for the varsity baseball team. Last week he threw 5.2 innings, surrendering only four earned runs and collecting six strikeouts. In three games this week, he was 4-for-8 with three RBI and three runs scored.

Sarah led the girls’ golf team to its third consecutive win in the Red Devil Invitational Golf Tournament last Monday. She was also the individual winner shooting a very impressive 2-under par 71 despite very windy conditions. Sarah and her teammates are off to a 5-0 start to the season.
