Students Celebrate Spirit Week in Style

Rudy Brandl

LA students in all three divisions celebrated Spirit Week with four days of fun, embracing different themes along the way. Friday’s culmination featured a Green and Gold Spirit Day across all divisions.

The Lower School began with Sports Team Monday, with students and teachers wearing their favorite team jerseys. Thankful Tuesday featured shirts or clothing with positive messages and Throwback Thursday showcased outfits from different decades.

In the Middle School, the week began with Crayola Madness Monday in which students and teachers picked a color to wear from head to toe. Twin Tuesday saw several twins, triplets or larger groups in matching outfits, including the faculty in flannel. Red Carpet Runway Thursday saw the Middle School students looking sharp in their award show best.

Upper School students dressed down to reflect Decades on Monday and became very creative in Tuesday’s Anything but a Backpack Day, finding all kinds of ways to transport their books and other belongings around the school. On Thursday, Character Day saw many students dress up as someone from their favorite book, movie or show.
