Model UN Team wins Best Small Delegation at New York City Conference |
The Model United Nations team commuted to New York City for three days to participate in an international MUN conference (GCMUN) with more than 2,000 people. The opening ceremony, which kicked off the conference, was held at the UN Headquarters, and committee sessions followed at the Sheraton in Times Square. The LA group consisted of 17 students and a remarkable 13 delegates won honorable mentions for their respective committees. The LA team also won Best Small Delegation as a school.

For students interested in the sciences -- even those who are still determining their level of interest -- LA recently launched courses in molecular biology and genetics research offer outstanding opportunities to experience these fields hands-on and acquire skills that will prepare students for success in their academic studies, professional endeavors, and life. |

The Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) is the admissions assessment for students entering Grades 2 and above. The exam provides advanced insights to help guide our admission decisions. The ISEE is required by LA for all applicants to Grades 2 and above. We will host testing on April 13 on our campus. |
